Day 1: Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Ndutu.
In the morning after early breakfast drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the Crater floor for game drives. All the BIG FIVE Rhino Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant live in this wonderful caldera, others are Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena and more Birds include flamingos on the Soda Lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures and Your picnic lunch will be served in the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitoktok swamp a Hippo pool. After lunch, proceed with afternoon game viewing in the Crater, aftrenoon ascend the Crater and drive to Ndutu for dinner and overnight at Ndutu Safari Lodge/Tented Camp.
Day 2: Full day Tour of Ngorongoro in Ndutu Area
Enjoy your breakfast and depart for full day game drive in ndutu. You will come across a canopy of giant acacia overlooking a soda lake, lake ndutu. Animals like Wildebeest, Giraffes, Zebras, Buffalos, Elephants, Lions and Gazelles are found in this area. Ndutu Area is divided into Swamps, Woodlands, Soda lakes and it is bordered with worlds famous Serengeti short grass plains. Dinner and Overnight Ndutu Safari Lodge/Tented Camp.
Day 3: Ndutu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for full day safari in Serengeti National park with picnic lunches, The Serengeti is probably the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. Within its 15,000 approx sq km area it hosts 3 million large mammals, with short and long grass plains, the great Savannah plaint and Rockout crops. The Park is famous for annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeests and zebras include large number of carnivores, More than 35 species of plain animals- zebra, wildebeest, eland, giraffe, and others are found here. And so for the big five: elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino. The park is the staging zone for one the most spectacular events in the natural world- the annual migration of wildebeest which commences around June when millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle head for the Maasai Mara in Kenya in search of pasture. They are followed closely by the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. The Serengeti also has over 500 species of birds, later return to Ndutu for dinner and overnight at Ndutu Safari Lodge/Tented Camp.
Day 4: Ndutu – Serengeti Plains
After breakfast we head towards the central Serengeti National Park, also known as the Seronera. We descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Dinner and overnight in the Seronera area, as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.
day 5: Serengeti Plains
Be one of only a few fortunate people to glide in a Hot Air Balloon over the Serengeti Plains (available at supplementary cost by pre-arrangement). Floating silently above the awakening bush, while spotting wildlife and enjoying the amazing scenery of Africa, across rivers and over numerous small villages. After breakfast enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The majority of the wildebeest migration normally passes through the Seronera in late November to middle November, when they migrate from Kenya’s Masai Mara in north to the Ndutu area in the south. The migration then passes through this area again in April when they move west to the Western Corridor of the Serengeti National Park. The Seronera area is also an ideal starting to point to visit the eastern and southern short-grass plains of the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight in the Seronera area, as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.
Day 6: Serengeti Plains – Arusha
Enjoy breakfast, after which we will transfer back to Arusha through Ngorongoro conservation Area. Upon arrival in Arusha will we have lunch and then we will end our safari.
